Week 8: 2 thirds of the way through my first journey

I ate this week, but not going to beat myself up over it as it was healthy (salad & grilled chicken) and I enjoyed it. Went straight back on LT, and hit ketosis again fairly quickly as I could taste the difference almost straight away.

I also ate on purpose as its my bros 30th next weekend and he's having a BBQ. Wanted to make sure I could eat something healthy without making myself sick at his do.

So I ate once, and still lost 1.6kilo (3.5 lbs). My second worst weekly loss on LT but its still 1/4 of a stone which is a lot for a week. So I'm happy about it :)

That takes me to 129.9kilo (20st 6.4lbs). Just 1/2 weeks away from the magic 20st milestone. Although the 3.5lb I lost this week does mean I've now lost over 4st in 8 weeks :party0049:

Going to stay 100% this week and up the exercise a little in the hope of getting under 20st by next Saturday
 
Wow! 4 stone, that's amazing!! It feels so good getting into another number doesn't it. I only have 2.5lb to get into my next number :)
