I'm on week 3, and I'm perpetually tired.

Of course, to be honest, that's not much different from the way things are most of the time for me. I'm always tired, which is one of the reasons I figured I'd better lose some weight!

I'm just over week 8, and feeling full of beans, but been going to the gym so I think it is helping. Get out and do some exercise it really does lift your mood/spirits and energy levels! Good luck hun, you weight loss is going really well!!

Spring is coming.. after the next couple of days coldsnap anyway.. so get some new running shoes (light and comfy for walking in) and go for a lovely walk :) look around you for bulbs etc.. even if you have to go to a park and 'feel' the enjoyment of a new season. :)
By summer you'll be a lot slimmer and feeling FAB! :D

Im on the start of week 4 and Im absolutely EXHAUSTED! But then that could be something to do with me commuting 3 hours a day on a crowded tube!
