On refeed at the moment. This week stayed the same weight. Went to a lovely hotel at the weekend and ate a 3 Course Meal, made sure I didn't over indulge. Got straight back on a VERY low carb diet the day after. Need to stay quite strict in the week as I have a few girlie nights out for the next few Saturdays which equal eating after alcohol. Why can't they make alcohol that makes you lose your appetite, whats worse is I crave Carbs!
