That's a really good loss Lola ---- don't worry re comparing yourself to others ... it will only frustrate you and as long as you're not eating you're going to have better losses.

well done on your losses so far. Dont worry about it at all, you may be someone, like me, who regularly has weeks where you lose less than 2 lbs. It is disheartening at first but your body often gets into a cycle of losing less then a couple of good weeks etc.
Keep going you really are doing brilliantly
