    Have lost another 2.5lbs so not too bad. Only have 6lbs left until I reach my BMI of 25 which I haven't been for years and years and years.

    After 10 weeks of sole source have decided to do Sole Source Plus as my CDC and I both think it will boost my metabolism. I am going to have to use a knife and fork again lol [​IMG]
