Hi folks!
I was around here last year doing slimming world (hubby was doing it with me too). It was working but we fell off the wagon :break_diet:
So we're back. Going to follow SW principles but mainly doing calorie counting and as much exercise as we can. We were real couch potatoes beforehand.
Week one is coming to an end (weigh in Wednesday morning) and we're feeling good. Mind you I did have a terrible stomach bug for 48 hours and hardly ate at all so I doubt future weeks will be so good for me.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you calorie counters. Please wish us luck for weigh in.
