Have just finished week 1 and am 7lbs lighter. So here begins week 2 am going to add exercise in this week to help. Also going to try to keep off scales as the first 5 came off in 3 days then it's been a slow 2 other lbs but I know realistically I can't expect more than this

Well done Skinny! Keep up drinking all your water and *try* and stay off the scales, I'm finding it tough to stay off them too! 7lbs loss is great, you must be so pleased, well done x

Well done lovely - I'm an obsessive hopper on the scale kinda girl too, so they've been put away (well after a mid week check)
