week one - was hoping for more :/

After jogging for one hour every day/100 sit ups a day and eating all my allowances (except 5 weeklys).

I have lost 2 lb .

I cant help feel dissapointed - I was 11 stone 6 and now weigh 11stone 4.

I am 5ft 2.
 
That sounds similar to what happened to a friend of mine.. She felt really disheartened after all her hard work... But then the following week she lost like 5lbs! Maybe it's the body's weird way of playing catch up or something! X
