Thaks Divster, I really wasn't expecting it at all as I know I don't have mega tonnes of weight to lose....

The first time I did Cambridge my BMI was almost 30 and I still only lost 3lbs in week one?? x

Should you really be doing this if your BMI is under 25?

Well I figured it was OK when I started as my BMI was (just) over 25. I know that I should be doing one of the higher programmes really. What I will probably do is another 2 weeks of TS and then start moving up the plans. I just get scared of eating again once I'm on a VLCD and it also starts costing a lot more!! x
