well the 11.5lbs loss was with my scales but on cdcs this morning i had lost 13, i nearly fainted lol.

but will stick with the 11 loss for my ticker as i only weigh with cdc every 2 weeks now so will go by my scales

THAT IS BRILLIANT, I started last week but gave up after 2 days cos i did not like any of the food, CDC came today with this weeks grub so am starting again. If I feel like giving up I will remember how well you have done that should certainly keep me going
Well done again.
