    Im not at all confident as to whether Im following plan correctly.
    So feel free to to let me know,
    in fact please let me know.

    Breakfast 1 slice of wholemeal bread toasted with small can of weightwatchers spaghetti
    banana
    cup of tea with milk from allowance.

    Lunch(in a hurry)
    pear
    small bag of walkers baked crisps
    cup of tea with milk from allowance.

    cup of tea

    Dinner
    chips(slimming world recipe)
    carrots,peas,broccoli,cauliflower,
    chicken with no fat.
    fatfree yogurt
    another cup of tea(yum)
