week one

    Hi , well just finished my first week and measured and weighed !! Good news. I've lost 5 lbs , and 1 inch of my waist and 2 inches off my hips :)

    I am on week 1 too, week 2 if you think about it and I lost 7lbs. It's a great feeling isn't it! It's made me really want to keep going.

    Well done crims 7 lb ! Wow that's a third of what I want to lose !!!

    Well dont Crims. You haven't much to lose to begin with, this is a great start. I have my weigh-in tomorrow morning. Hoping for 4 or 5 pounds. Unfortunately have an evening out arranged for Friday - arranged ages ago - I'll just have to be very, very careful and get back on the wagon on Saturday

    Well week 2 ...... 4 pounds off !! 1 inch of waist , hips the same so not sure where the rest is from !!! Lol prob my ties knowing me !!! Haha
