Just hit week seven all going well, planning another 7 weeks. on track for target so feeling great.

What do you all do when you are out socializing to stop yourself wanting a drink. So far I have stuck to this 100% just wondered if you have any tips to keep me going the way i have been.:rolleyes:

hi faye, well done on getting to week 7 and wow for your fab 40lbs off so far!! You must be so chuffed!

As for socialising, how about having long glasses of iced fizzy water? and just keep remembering why your are doing this and how great it will be when you've reached the end of your journey and can enjoy an occasional drink with your fab new look!

Good advice guys thank you, i know my goal will be reached soon ans i cant wait just thinking about summer and all the little dresses that i can wear keeps me going!

Well done on reaching 7 weeks and 40 lbs is a fantastic loss!! Good on you.. you must feel so good... and proud of yourself..
When I go out socialising I take a bar or shake with me or have some water...... Its hard but hey youve done so well. Its so worth it.
