Gotta drink more water today as didnt drink enough yesterday, I seem to struggle if I'm not at home as terrified of not being able to find a loo !
Prunes are working as some movement in the Bowel front !
Sill feeling good though and positive.

HAHA made me laugh - I am sharing the joy of constipation, but have been taking Senna - am planning to get some Green tea to try tomorrow as I am finding senna a little unpredictable (oo err)
