Week Three - Weigh In

    Well I was weighed on Saturday and after a really hard week and lots of cheating I have stayed the same so at least I havent gained lol

    New week new start and this week I am going to try extra extra hard. I know the only person I am cheating is me and it will just make this journey longer. Anyway feeling positive so lets hope the scales show a loss next week. Good luck to all this week !!!
