    Third week on this amazing diet.

    Lost 4 1/2 pounds

    2/10/08 Week One Lost 1st 3lbs
    9/10/08 Week Two Lost 8lbs 3oz
    16/10/08 Week Three Lost 4lbs 8oz

    Total weight loss so far after three weeks - 2Stone 1lbs 11oz


    WHOOOOO!!!!!

    Wow - that is truly the best weight loss I have ever seen! What's your secret?? Chop off a limb perhaps?

    LOL - no secret - I just have an awful lot to lose (12 stone) to get to my target weight, so it was expected that I would have larg-ish losses in the first couple of weeks.

    My CDC expects it to settle down now for next few months.
