Hi
Just wondered if people's weightloss stopped before * week or during * week . Mines due in 4 days and a sneaky peak on my scales at home show hardly any change this week :( wi is tommorow . I'm not really bothered too much but have stuck to plan 100% everyday and mixed things up red green ee days so thinking maybe this is the reason . Last month the week before I lost 4lb though. I've also done loads of walking . I suppose I'm a little worried now I've lost all I'm going to and going to find it really hard to lose the rest

My weigh in is today and my star week ended Saturday but on my sneaky weigh it showing me two lb up !! Not happy as I stayed on plan 100% hoping for a miracle before 7.00 tonight

Its my star week too (started yday) - WI tomorrow morning.
I got on my scales this morning, and it said i stayed same but I know i've been 100% good so hopefully will get good weigh in next week.
TOTM def affects me! Normally i put on 3lb so a STS is good i guess lol

I had a couple of months where my loss was slow the week before & then a big loss the following week, this month it had no effect on my loss at all, in fact it was a decent loss.

ive got fibroids and my *week lasts for up to 2 months at a time, i do notice my weight loss is really slow during this time, but the 1 - 2 weeks im free i have really good losses, im just sticking to plan as best i can until sorted out....
i think its mostly down to water retention, so trying to drink as much water as possible, see if it helps x

I was also wondering this - is your * week the week before or the week during?...
I started on saturday so I guess I'll know when I step on the scales seen as I've been a good girl this week :)

Lost 1.5 not as much as I hoped for being 100% but happy with that goes to show it can be done on * week so so I can't use it as an excuse anymore

Well done tbh I'd be very happy with that . But other * weeks I've always lost well . This months just gonna be different unless a miracle happens overnight

Fingers crossed for you . And hopefully next week it will show for us both

I can put 3lb on * week, until I discovered magic soup, for the week before * due I have a bowl of magic soup every day and now manage to STS or have a small loss,

* week today so will see how I fare on wednesday weigh in x

celery, cabbage and green beans, add any herbs you like, stock cube

its nicer than it sounds lol x

Is it really nice? Do you blend it up after boiling them?
I would say its an acquired taste really, but sick of putting 3lb on for * week so worth it for me.

Nope I don;t blend it, I suppose you could though

you could put other stuff in as well as long as the magic 3 are in, I like it pure though lol x
