    You cycle 70 miles aweek how on earth do you do that I have just started cycling to work 2.5miles each way it takes 20 mins there 25 home cos of slight hill and I think its slowly killing me LOL!!!

    Seriously any tips you can give me to make it easier will be gratefully received

    Well done on the loss your doing amazingly keep up the good work
