Hey dont be dis-hartened your doing really wll and 1.5lbs is 1.5lbs better off than on you will probably have a big loss next week. Have you done anything differently this week kept up with your water etc.? Chin up and look forward to the next weigh in i bet youll be pleasently supprised x
the thing that is the most annoying is I have been 100 percent faithful to the diet. Even when OH scoffed down a pizza right next to me. I know week 3 is hard and I am still gritting my teeth and determined I am just worried what another small loss next week might do to my willpower
All i can say is percivere there are times when losses are smaller than we expect or feel we deserve but quite often they are followed by a big loss i know this doesnt help how you feel right now but you will get there just dont loose faith in youself or the diet it works and your body will catch up soon enough have you checked your measurements? you may find you've lost inches. xx
Dont give up you have a great weight loss in 3 weeks sometimes our body holds on to fluid for different reasons, you know you have been 100% and thats brilliant you are in ketosis and burning fat im sure next week you will have a good loss.
Have you been measuring yourself too? I found on week 3 that my weight loss slowed down dramatically but i was still losing inches (and thats what really counts). When your body loses fat really quickly it starts panicking and instead of leaving the cells empty it fills them with water - so you ARE losing fat but its not registering on the scales.
agree with rayven. week 4 I had bad weight loss but when i measured myself had great results. the best advise i got was if you only lost 2lbs doing a vlcd then imagine what results a normal diet would have had. you should work out the adverage weight loss, not week by week
