    Yes , three lunch times a week for about 45 minutes. Also play 18 holes of golf at weekend time and weather permitting.

    sounds good, i was told to hold the gym off till the second week, im on my 3rd day but i think im going to go, ive got the energy plus i want a good weight loss first week so i have the motivation to keep going

    I find that the gym makes me feel really hungry! So I make sure that I have my shake to come home to, the gym's a good way of necking some extra water too for me.

    I started at gym two weeks before starting LT and have nor stopped at all. Going to the gym is something to do at lunch time - well better than eating :)
