Hi,
My other half and I are now almost 3 full weeks on induction, the first week I lost 8lb and he lost 11lb!!!! The second week I didn't loose a single lb and he lost another 5lb!!! I have stuck to the induction rigidly, in fact some days I have had less than 20g carbs, is this normal or am I doing something wrong!?!?!:cry:
 
Perfectly normal. Everyone loses differently. U may have had less water weight to lose. U may have less weight to lose, generally lose less the less is needed to be lost. Men usually lose quicker too.
 
Thanx for that :) I was quite miffed last week when we did our WI!!! But just made me more determined this week! If I don't eat enuf fat cud this contribute to slow loss too??
 
Well Atkins is a high fat, medium protein n low carb diet. Make sure ur using full fat mayo, butter or olly oil to cook in n you'll soon have enough fat. There are other low carb diets out there which don't advocate as much fat as Atkins but I have no idea about them.
