Managed my three days away in London. Only shakes and bars on Friday but we went out for dinner on Saturday, stuck to the plan and had a grilled chicken breast (it was stuffed with spinach and ricotta) and asked for a rocket and parmesan salad instead of the chips and veggies. Was bad and had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc - absolute heaven! Yesterday I had smoked salmon with a bit of salad at the Seafood Bar at the airport, passed on the bread but had another glass of wine. Got on the scales this morning and have lost 2lbs since Friday morning so I'm well chuffed!! I'm glad that I passed on all the other opportunities to eat and just sat with my black coffee whilst Paul was eating full English breakfasts and mint teas when he was munching on muffins and afternoon tea and cakes! OK I guess that I shouldn't have had the wine but what the hell it's been months and I really fancied a drink!

It was fantastic to eat again and I'm glad that I was able to be restrained! More than anything it was lovely to be out with my OH like a normal couple again!

I've run out of LT but have most of a months supply of Exante, need to refeed for my op in a week and I hope that I'll be able to carry on like I did this weekend. Really surprised about the weight loss.....4lbs since Wednesday but last week was only a lb.

Not if I plan ahead.....doesn't food taste heavenly? Just had Exante today though...
