Step 1 Sole Source + Weekend off weight gain

Ok so I decided to take Friday and Saturday off as I wanted a drink Friday! Had a great weekend. But put on 4lb and now feel demotivated.

I gained 6.5lbs on holiday went back onto step 4 when I got back and lost 4lbs so you'll definitely get the off quickly,try not to stress about it too much. As crazy diamond said its water retention from new carbs
 
I've had the last few weekends off. My weight loss has been slower as a result but all gains were only temporary and just water retention so try not to worry, it'll come off really quickly :)
 
I gained 4lb and its taken me a week to get that off again!! So I'm the same weight this week as I was last week.
