Hi guys....had a weekend wobble and feel like crap because of it checked the scales and put 3lb on but i know thats water retention
Onwards and upwards for this week
Monday
Lunch - Sweet Chili chicken sandwich on granary - 323calories
Dinner - Mince meat and dolmio spaghetti bolognese original sauce - 392calories
Drinks - lots of water
Tuesday
Not sure yet anyone got any suggestions got fish and chips done in oven for tea?
and need a meal for Wednesday
Then weight in Thursday
Just a 1lb loss will be good
Im glad i can spot where i go wrong - before i never could xxxx
