Weekend Wobble............

Hi guys....had a weekend wobble and feel like crap because of it :( checked the scales and put 3lb on but i know thats water retention

Onwards and upwards for this week :)

Monday

Lunch - Sweet Chili chicken sandwich on granary - 323calories

Dinner - Mince meat and dolmio spaghetti bolognese original sauce - 392calories

Drinks - lots of water :)

Tuesday

Not sure yet anyone got any suggestions got fish and chips done in oven for tea?

and need a meal for Wednesday

Then weight in Thursday :)

Just a 1lb loss will be good :)

Im glad i can spot where i go wrong - before i never could :) xxxx
 
Good luck I have had a 3 week wobble and have gained 4lbs :(

We can do this

I have also restarted today as wellx
