weekly allowance

Hi, I just wondered if everyone uses their 49pp weekly allowance?

I don't as I haven't needed to as yet.

Just wondering if I should be eating a little more and using some of it...

very rare i use the 49pp...u lose more, but they are there to help us ,,theres days u need it...sometimes i use about 10pp..still losing
but we r all different..
