weekly/fortnightly inch loss

    we all tend to get fixated with the scales and the tape measure is what we should be intrested in so heres a thread to boast or boo about your inch loss whether you get messaged weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

    i'll start with my losses to today and then i will add my fortnightly inch loss tommorrow.

    upper waist: 3 1/4 inches
    lower waist: 7 1/2 inches
    hips: 5 3/4 inches
    boobs: 5 3/4 inches:cry:
    arms: 1 3/4 inch
    thighs: 3 1/2 inch
    total: 27 1/2 inches:party0048:

    right found them....

    Bust ~~~~~~ was 42 ~ now 37.5 - 4.5
    Waist ~~~~~ was 37.5 ~ now 31! - 6.5!!
    Bum ~~~~~~was 48 ~ now 41.5 - 6.5!!
    Top of thighs ~ was 44.5 ~ now 39 - 5.5!
    Thigh ~~~~~ was 27.5 ~ now 24 - 4.5
    Arm ~~~~~~ was 15 ~ now 13 - 2

    Total 29.5 inches lost :D

    What an awesome idea! I am so doing this. Does anyone know exactly where the measurement for the waist are taken?

    my cdc takes my waist at my smallest point and at my tummy button.
    she didn't measure me today so will add mine next week.

    Ha :D Yeah she measures my waist every week.

    Im doing this now as my weight has stopped dead in its tracks for the last week so I just wanna see if Im loosing inches rather than weight.

    Im going to take my measurements on weds morning, start of week 4 (omg!) and i have taken the plunge and ordered the 30 day shred so fingers crossed ill be shredding inches before my holidays!!
