I thought it might be good to start weekly weigh-ins again properly in the new year, but for those starting this week, a chance to enter in weight losses, and then perhaps we can start on a January challenge again too :)

Just post your weight loss for the week on the day you do your regular weigh-in, and then we can add up the total lost this week. If you start during the week, you can always post your loss on Friday :)

I find it really helps my motivation to see how much we're all losing.

It's a bit of a funny week this week though, so hopefully we can all start in earnest next week once we're through Christmas and New Year, and start seeing some brilliant losses rolling in again xxx
