Well, another brilliant week last week - 132lbs between us, the weight of a jaguar!
So, between the 24 of us, we lost an average of 5.5lb each

Our total weight loss this year is now 408lbs - so between us we have lost the weight of a male lion already this year!!!!

Hi everyone, well I stuck it out with the new scales and weighed today and if I go but the new scales weight I have lost 7lb so over the last three weeks I have lost 15lb (8lb week 1, 7lb week 2-3) it may have been slightly less but Im sticking to that figure now and counting my starting weight as 8lb more than what the scales said last sunday!!!

Well done everyone! I forgot to weigh myself this morning - not sure how that happened! By the time I remembered I had had my pack, 2 coffees and 1/2 litre of water so thought it best I wait until tomorrow!
