Weekly Weigh In - Week 1

    Well I weighed myself for the first time in about two months today:


    Not great seeing as two months ago I was 154lbs :(

    But I head to the gym and cycled 12km, walked briskly for 50 minutes and I've been strict with my points today so my aim for next week is to have lost 2lbs or more.

    I've got a medical school ball in 13 weeks time so fingers crossed at 2lbs a week average I'll have hit my target!!!
