    even after my massive blip (saturday chips in pitta bread with garlic mayo and sunday curry and toast and about 10 pints of cidar)

    I have still managed a fabulous 2lb loss - if i have anything to say on this matter it

    STICK TOO 100% SS .... it works wonders.

    I am now down to 14.6 and havent been there for nearly 12 months.
