Does anyone know the syn value of the fruit and nut variety? Also do they count as a healthy b per chance?? I'm totally addicted to them!

    Thanx

I got the name of these wrong. They're actually called "crispy minis". Not sure they'll be a 'b' choice coz although full if fibre they contain sugar :-(

Hi am i right in thinnking that each healthy extra counts as 6syns, so if i have a portion of weetabic choc chip minis at 5.1/2 syns per 28g. then it counts as my healthy exta B for that day?xx

No that's not right. For it to be a hexb it has to have other qualities, such as a certain amount of fibre. So the choc chip minis don't count.

Have you tried the choc weetabix you get two for a hexb & 2 syns, they are very nice.

I've just checked on SW website 28grms of any Weetabix crispy minis (any variety) + 1 ryvita = 1 hexb.;)

I don't know if the choc chip minis are part of the crispy mini variety though.
