Weetabix oaty bars v alpen light/fibre plus

Right, I'm a little confused as to why we are only allowed 1 weetabix oaty bar but 2 alpen lights.

I have checked the nutritional information on the back of the oaty bar box and it is 67 calories per bar (choc) whereas fibre plus bars are 116 calories (dark choc) which is
Nearly double. I think it's also less calories than an alpen light.oaty bars also have more fibre than fibre plus.

I do prefer fibre plus/Alpen light to oaty bars but looking at the nutritional information, oaty bars, as you are only allowed 1 as a heb, they appear to be the better choice.

Because if you had 2 it would bring it to 7 syns and HEs are usually limited to 6 syns or less. And as you say, you get your fibre content from just one.
