Are these a biscuit thing rather than cereal? You can just work them out using 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance on either cereals or biscuits. Be prepared for them to be pretty high though xx

No afraid not, the only breakfast biscuits on the HEB list are the kelloggs nutrigrain ones. Despite all the advertising trying to convince us this type of thing is a healthy choice at the end of the day they are just biscuits
