Weigh day and not lookin forward to it :(

    My CDC will b here in about 10 minutes and im dreeding it :( iv only had little binges this week but I think it has affected my weight xxx

    I was great until the weekend, and i caved, and its only my first week, i'm so dissapointed with myself, i have to weigh in later on, but i'm telling myself that a loss is a loss and hopefully i'll have one, and this is a new week that i am going to stick to.

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical

    Ditto this - 1lb is still a loss a jumping off point for further successes in coming weeks. Stick with it! xxx

    better to be a loss than a sts or a gain.
    keep working hard and then next week you will have a better loss. :)
