I am sooooooooo gutted after all i have been through this week and not cheating and being 100% I have only lost 1lb.

The woman in the chemist said not to worry, I may be holding onto water (i am not drinking enough still) , and TOTM started this morning too. fingers crossed it'll be better next week otherwise its just not worth me doing it is it. I can lose a 1lb a week at WW.

    Arghhhh

we were just 'talking' about you!

Oh that's a shame Kerry, but TBH I had a bad stomach at the beginning of the week and I'm convinced that your body tries to retain water in order to stop you being dehydrated. I only lost 2lbs this week

Repeat after me IT IS WORTH IT!!!! and don't even think of switching to WW

    Hi Hun,

Didn't want to read and run.

When on diets like these you really need to be looking at the picture, look what you have achieved over four weeks. If you hadn't been told your weigh in results until the 4th week weigh in would it really matter that one of those weeks was one pound or would you be to busy being thrilled at losing over a stone in month.

Keep your chin up your doing fab

    ((((((((big hugs Kerry))))))))

You might be able to lose 1lb at ww, but you would never get me and Sandra there to make you laugh!! lol

Please stick at it hun.. You know there are a couple of reasons why your loss might not be so great (totm and not enough water) so next week should be a BUMPER one!! And 1lb off is still a loss (Joe told me that a 500g tub of 'i can't believe it's not butter' weighs 1lb, and one of them is quite weighty... Bless him.. the words "get a life" spring to mind!! lol)

Don't look at just today hun.. Look at it over all.. You have lost over a stone in 4 weeks.. You wouldn't be able to do that on ww....... You should be proud of yourself, and i bet next week is a huge loss ♥ ♥ ♥

yeah......there''s nothing in the slightest bit funny about WW....and who would you discuss your pooing habits with?

Just thinking....I used to think that that Gillian McKeith (?) woman was obscene with her obession with poo but it seems like we all are!!

Kerry, you have lost a massive 17.5lbs in just 4 weeks, I doubt you could lose that amount with WW. Try to think of your losses over 4 weeks, which should average at around 1 stone

yes i agree with all the other posts, try to look at the bigger picture and not as a week but what you have lost over 4 weeks. i was disheartened last week at only losing 2lb but it was still TOTM and then this week i lost 6lbs!! i bet you have a HUGE loss waiting for you next week!! get that water in you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Definitely look at the bigger picture - if you look at my losses, you'll see I've had a couple of disappointing losses, but looking at a rolling 4-weekly total (or even just fortnightly!) helps gain some perspective.

Chin up, you're doing brilliantly! xx

At least it is 1lb off rather than it being 0lb's or lbs on. Try to look at it like that as it can make you smile:D

There are other's who've only lost a 1lb rather than their usual 3/ 4lbs per week without them even cheating so your not alone and hey it's (lb) off rather than on or not.
