well, yesterday i was gutted when i stepped on my own scales after a very good week and found to my dismay that i had only lost 1lb, especially after staying the same last week. :sigh:.
went to my weigh in today and ive lost 2lbs. a little better i suppose.
cdc has asked me to try a AAMweek which im going to do (in for a penny).
The thing is (this has got me a little confused), i have PCOS and havent had a TOTM for 17 months now but in the last 3 days or so my upper tummy area seems bloated and i keep getting tummy pains.
dont seem to be constipated so wondering if my body is trying to finally make me feel like a woman again:confused: and perhaps that could be messing with the scales.
i dont know. gonna stick this out though. dont really want to give up now since i have such a long longggg way to go yet.

well done on your loss thats fantastic :)

i to have pcos and since losing weight my periods have come back :) yayyyyyy

what your describing is what i get..

all i can suggest really is perhaps try aam week and then back on ss next week perhaps it may kick start your weight loss for you..

also drink plenty of water too cus that sure does help.. :)

you may just be suffering w ith abit of water retention it will soon sort out :)

best of luck for the up coming week :)
