Weigh in and Veg drink

I've lost 4lbs and a bit this week which I am very pleased about. :D:D I hope this is going to be the trend every week.:):)

Something that has me worried is the Veg Drink. I got some yesterday and made a cup as soon as I got home. I only managed to drink half of it. Before I made it I read the ingredients, but only reading it again this morning did I notice it has glucose syrup and fructose in it.:confused::eek::confused:

Am I worrying unneccessarily? Will drinking this affect ketosis? Should I be expecting to chomp at my desk later because of hunger pangs?

Help!!!

I have no experience of the veggie drink sorry. Am sure if you stick in the limits the CD advise it'll be ok. :)

Well done F-F-2-W. Im pleased u are enjoying the veg drink. I have to have my very weak as I find it very salty to taste.....
