This sounds daft but I get so stressed on weigh in day - whether I think I've done well or not is irrelevant.
i find weigh ins so unpredictable.
stupid thing is I've been massively stress eating on weigh in days and feel I have to play catch up for the next week to compensate for all the syns of weigh in day.
is there a way out??
