So the past 2 days have been a feeding freenzy. With 3 cookouts on saturday
( sheesh). Yes I ate at them all. However I would only put one spoonful of items on my plate. So I'm sure I exceeded the cal limit for the day. I'm still proud of myself at one time I would have filled up my plate a couple times at each place. Then yesterday had endless shrimp at Red Lobster. I was actually expecting a gain but I am down a lil over a pound...I will take it! This week I will be back to the straight and narrow and back on my cardio and strength training that makes a total of a lil over 6 pounds in 2 weeks which is totally fine for me I would like to lose 4-8 pounds a month and I know the slower I take it off the more my skin will adapt to the change. Here is to a good week with loss at the end!!! :0)

well done a 1lb is a 1lb after all and better than nothing,,, onwards and downwards as they say lol
