    Well second weigh in today and as predicted from how the scales have looked through the week i've stayed the same so thats a bit pants! Need a real push now for the next few weeks :sigh:

    At least you haven't gained so that is good news. Try going totallt clean and green for a few days to kick start you. :)

    Yes, I agree, try cutting out everything except protein and veg - am sure that will send the whoosh fairy your way :D
