weigh in number 11!

    Another 4lbs yay!!!!!!!!! :D:D

    Takes me down to single figures now to get down to my healthy bmi :rolleyes: although once im there i am gonna go a bit lower just to get me in mid range healthy bmi as opposed to the higher end.

    oh donna! I bet your buzzing now! So close to your healthy BMI babe! WELL DONE! Your losses have always been amazing!!!

    What BMI are you going to go to??? My chemist will allow me to saty on TFR to 22.5 but I want to get to 21.5!

    maybe 23 i think, 72kg would just take me into healthy bmi so i was thinking maybe go to 69-70kg who knows maybe i might lose a few more pounds on refeed.

    you are gonna be there so soon Julz who would have thought 11 weeks ago we would be where we are now x

    Oh donna - its amazing isnt it? It has totally transformed me and I am sure you as well! I have always loved reading your weight loss records as we have kinda done this whole thing together! Its so great we are still on track and both of us our near our goal! :)
