weigh in results.

i got weighed today and lost only 0.7kg which is about 1.5lb:(. My chemist has advised i move more, im averaging about 3lb to 3.5lb a week and she said if i walked on an evening i would be supprised at how much weight i could lose, so im going to give it a go. i cleared 2 of my mini goals :bliss:so i suppose its not all bad and i still lost. good luck to all other weighers getting weighed this week x
