:cry:i gained 0.5 lbs last week was so down in dumps i started the new week badly.. but thankyou to you lovely ladies i got on track not used more than od 3 syns per day (trying weigh out bad start) then yesterday i start * week 3 days early so now im dreading weigh in :eek: any advice on not being as bloated for weigh in? i get really bloated * week :sigh:

I think you just need to drink lots of water to flush it all out! Good luck with W.I.

ladycare do magnets to help with it. I bought some for the menopause thinking it wouldnt work. It stopped the bloating ,flushes and helped with mood swings.try the website . Boots used to do it and lloyds chemist but not sure if they still stock them.

thankyou :) I originally thought lose more * week as everythings coming out LOL!

im trying everything... no sw fry ups just before weigh iin this week either LOL... im going have lunch at 12 then just yogurt before weigh in :)

Gemma you have been good all week, so dont worry what the scales say, sometimes they dont show much of a loss but the inches are falling off still x

im still fitting i those 16s im quite happy... tbh before holiday wouldnt want to lose much morea dont really want trousers falling down lol!

Good luck with tonights weigh in :)

As for *week (pesky things:() I usually gain the week before due to water retention, however last month I drank loads and lost 0.5lb, ok not much but it was a loss, so perhaps you may lose this week, :fingerscrossed: for you!
