I have been attending a SW club in the UK, however I am on secondment in Sydney for the next three months so will be doing SW on my own and weighing in every Thursday.
Due to travelling to Sydney this week had to weigh in late:
9st1.5lbs
Meaning loss if 1lb this week and achieved my stone and a half award.
