haha i know what u mean. Every night i treat myself to a glass of strawberry and kiwi sparkling water as a treat for getting thru the day. Whatever works eh xx

Sounds nice :) I'm determine to loose my weight as quickly as possible.
Ever since I've started Terri I've always thought, no couldn't have lost any this week.
But cos I don't cheat just think to myself, have to loose something!!!!!!! haha xx

chicken and lettuce would be fine, because that's what you're allowed on add a meal week?
How about take a shake ready made or a bar everywhere with you, so if you need something you will always have something with you

Omg I forgotten how horrible and bloated food makes you feel, only had a chicken breast with lettuce n cue blergh, enough to keep me on the straight n narrow
