Weigh in tonight - what will the damage be??

    Well I have basically had a week off, been away for the weekend to visit family etc.

    I ate and drank what ever I felt like, and I enjoyed it! Back on the foot optimising today.

    So, I wonder what the damage will be! :whistle:

    LOL, sounds just like me I was on holiday last week. I ate enough rubbish to feed an army. I am scared to step on the scales tomorrow but I am prepared for a gain. Good luck hope the damage will not be too much keep us informed.

    2lb is not so bad considering you ate what you wanted, it'll soon be off again ;)

    Yeah 2Lb is not that bad. I weighed myself when I got back of my holls and I put on 7.5Lbs. I have tried harder than ever to try and lose what I can for weigh in tonight. Fingers crossed.
