It is a good loss, you're so very close to goal now which is probably what's slowing it down, look at it as being harder to find spare fat to burn.

I think Spyro I know my body so well that in a pair of jeans I could prob guess to the nearest 0.5 of a pound what I weigh !
So it's much better for my head and motivation to go to the pharmacy and see three pounds rather than 1.5 in a week Im
sure it sounds mad but really is the only way for me
I am determined to change my mind set and not let the
number on the scales rule me so that's why I will continue to only weigh at the pharmacy every two weeks even while maintaining and my pharmacist is ok with this
How are you getting on are you happy with exante ? X

Not too bad funily enough the pharmacist asked me to do a ketostik
today and I was out of ketosis ! I think she thought I had some Lt shakes
and I was having them !
I did have two exante shakes and one bar last week as per plan
so was surprised not to be in ketosis but nonetheless I lost weight !
Not loving the shakes so Im glad Ive only two weeks left on it !
Glad you are happy with it I think it's only natural to have the odd bad day
    you are doing great
The time goes really quickly when you weigh every two weeks and there
seems to be less pressure I was always up and down off the scales and I dreaded
them but now I actually look forward to my Wi and even if like this week I lost 3 lbs
there's none of the analyzing cause I could have lost 3 the first week and sts the second
but who cares as long as it's a loss !! X

Yes Sammy it does of course the temptation to make the goal
lower has crossed my mind but I think from a maintainence point
    of view that's a realistic goal !
    You are doing great x

Well done Wamser. With so little to lose 3lbs is great.
