Me again sorry guys lol... I am weighing in tomorrow and was just wondering whats the best thing I can do today to help it. Maybe like drink lots of water or stay away from certain foods? I just want to make sure it's a true result as I really want this woe to work for me and am just worried the weight I lost was just a one off and I will have gained it all back. Thanks again guys :)
