Step 1 Sole Source Weigh In

Week 2 weigh in - lost 7&1/4lbs, total loss 21lbs :)

SW 13st 8&3/4lbs, WK 1 lost 13&3/4lbs, WK 2 lost 7&1/4lbs CW 12st 1&3/4lbs
 
Week 3 weigh in and lost 3&1/2lbs, which is 24 & 1/2lbs in 3 weeks :)

So, no pressure, but if i get the same next wk then i will have lost 2stone in 4 weeks!!!!

Is anyone having bars? And isit affecting you losses? Im on week 3 and started having a bar a day but im scared its going to affect my weight loss x

Ive just got a couple of bars to try. Which are your faves? Are you doing SS or SS+? Im thinkin of introducing some SS+ days this week. X

I do ss+ with milk or the odd chicken pieces or egg.. I like the peanut one and the malt bar.. They rnt amazing but its a nice change.. I just dont want it to affect my losses x
