    Hello

Just a general enquiry - when I am weighing food - eg New potatoes, fish, etc - do I weigh it raw or cooked?

    Many thanks

    D xx

normally you would weigh it raw. the cooked values are usually there in case you haven't the option of weighing raw (like if someone cooks it for you or whatever)

Just looking at a WW recipe and it states add 150g cooked pasta - therefore, is that 150g pasta weighed out and then cooked OR pasta cooked and I weigh 150g of that?

its cooked and then you weigh it after, when you cook pasta it retains water so it will be heavier once cooked
